You can quickly update your own details in my nib online. Simply log in, scroll down to 'Policy contact details' and update your email address, phone number and/or address.

If you have more than one policy number, you’ll need to repeat the process for each one. Just select them one by one at the top of the page.

How do I update my credit card or direct debit?

I need to update my credit card details

You can do this through my nib. Log in, go to 'My details' and then 'My payment details'.

If you have more than one policy number, just select each policy number you want to update at the top of the page and enter your new credit card details.

I need to update my direct debit details

You can do this by completing our direct debit authority form (68.22kb) and returning it to us.

If you have more than one policy number, make sure you tell us which policies the change applies to. To find your policy details, log in to my nib.
