Changing your contact details

You can quickly update your own details in my nib online. Simply log in, scroll down to 'Policy contact details' and update your email address, phone number and/or address.  
 
If you have more than one policy number, you’ll need to repeat the process for each one. Just select them one by one at the top of the page.

I bought my cover through a financial adviser

To make a change, we recommend speaking directly with your adviser. They will work with you to help ensure you have the right solution in place to meet your needs. 

My work pays for my health insurance but I’m leaving

Complete our online form and provide us with the details. Our team will get in touch to discuss your options.

If you have a policy with nib Australia and you’d like to make a change, you can contact the team via online chat or call 6129692448. Please don't use this form as nib New Zealand are unable to process your request.
