If you want to cancel your entire policy, a policy owner will need to tell us in writing, through our secure online portal, my nib, opens in a new tab. This must be done at least 30 days before you want the policy to end. One of our team may get in touch with you to find out more about why you're cancelling your cover and to get verbal permission from any other policy owners.
To cancel your policy follow these simple steps:
Log in to my nib, opens in a new tab, or open the nib app
Select "My cover" and select the policy you wish to view details for
Select Request to change coverSend us the request under the Subject “Other” and Subject Category “Cancel my policy”
Select Member you wish to cancel policy for
Select cancel reason
Repeat process for each member and policy you wish to cancel.
