PROMOTER
The Promoter is nib nz Ltd.

COMPETITON PERIOD
To go in the draw, members must enter between 28 July 2025 and 15 September 2025; however, if a member has already joined nib Balance and started or completed a programme, these will also be accepted as long as the member enters via the pop up within nib Balance before 15 September 2025. In order to earn entries for completing a 6-week programme, the programme must be completed by 15 September 2025.

WHO MAY ENTER
This competition is open to all nib New Zealand members, over the age of 18 , who comply with the entry requirements outlined in Clause 6. This competition is not open to any nib employees or their immediate family members.

ENTRANTS BOUND BY CONDITIONS
By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

HOW TO ENTER
To enter, entrants must join nib Balance and click enter via the pop up within nib Balance in the my nib nz app, then for extra entries can choose to start or complete any 6-week programme. Members can earn entries in the competition on the following basis:

• Join nib Balance & enter via the pop up – 1 entry

• Start a 6-week programme – 5 entries

• Complete a 6-week programme – 10 entries

LIMITATIONS ON ENTRY
Multiple entries will be earned if an entrant starts or completes more than one 6-week programme. Each programme completed is 15 entries. There is no extra cost to enter into the competition but each winner must be an active nib member on the date of the relevant prize draw.

SELECTION OF WINNERS
Each winner will be selected through a randomly generated draw on or about 16 September 2025.

Subject to the below:
a.) the first and second valid entries to be randomly drawn will each receive the prize listed in Clause 11;

b.) each entry will have a fair and equal chance of winning the prize listed in Clause 11, provided that, the winner of the first draw cannot also be the winner of the second draw. If the same entrant is selected in both draws, the second draw will be redrawn.

PRIZE
There are two prizes. Each prize is for two people and is:

• return flights for two to Gold Coast (up to $2,000 value for both people, which must be booked through Flight Centre)

• 5 nights accommodation for two at Gwinganna Lifestyle Retreat (shared room)

• 1 classic massage and 1 essential facial per person

• $100 wellness therapy credit and $250 spa voucher per person

• 4 key wellness seminars: nutrition, optimum wellbeing, stress and movement

• cooking demonstration by specialist chefs

• chef-prepared organic meals, snacks and beverages

• access to all facilities and scheduled activities

• transfers from Gold Coast Airport (subject to Clause 13).

Valid passports are required. The prizes do not include insurance (and any excess), spending money, meals outside Gwinganna, taxes (other than airline and airport taxes), transport to and from departure point, items of a personal nature, excess baggage, in-room charges and any other ancillary costs. Such other ancillary costs are the responsibility of the winner.

It is the winner’s responsibility to organise transport to/from the airport departure/return point. Gwinganna can provide airport transfers to and from Gold Coast airport during set times but this needs to be agreed in advance with Gwinganna.

All flights relating to each prize must be booked before 30 June 2026.

Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash, this includes any unused portion of a prize.

WINNER NOTIFICATION AND PUBLICATION
Each winner will be notified in writing via email within two (2) days of the draw taking place. Each winner may also be notified via phone call. The Promoter will not notify entrants of failure to win a prize. The Promoter will make reasonable efforts to contact each prize winner; however, the Promoter is not responsible for contacting each winner by any other method, or for any winner not receiving notification for any reason. Entrants are responsible for providing and maintaining correct contact details. Each entrant warrants that any details provided with their entry are true and accurate, and each entrant indemnifies the Promoter against any loss or damage resulting from any breach of this warranty.

SECOND CHANCE DRAW
If a prize is unclaimed after reasonable effort by the Promoter to contact a prize winner, a redraw of that prize may take place on or about 14 days after the previous draw. On the redraw, the previous winner will no longer be the winner of that prize. Clauses 8 and 16 will apply to the new winner. This Clause will apply until a winner accepts the relevant prize.

PRIZE DELIVERY
Once a winner has confirmed acceptance of their prize over the phone or by reply email, the Promoter will supply the details of the prize in writing and the particulars of how the prize is to be delivered to that winner.

PRIVACY
Entrants’ personal information is collected, used, stored and disclosed in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy.
